This is always my hardest week of the month to lose weight and when I jumped on the scale yesterday it said I was up 4 pounds so I was bracing myself for the worst. I did nothing different in that span of time until today and was down this morning and at weigh in I lost 1.2! WOO! That makes 95.6.
Tonight my neighbors FIL made his 100 pounds lost. We all stood for him and did "fireworks" which he so deserved. What a great accomplishment. Now I'm hot on his trail! LOL

That is so awesome!!!!!!!! I wish I could have been there for all the excitement but I have been sick. You have done such a great job. You and Don are neck in neck. I plan on giving you fireworks when you hit 100. It will be very soon. Keep your eye on the prize. A trim healthy you.
