Recipes

Stress has always equated eating....so thought I'd instead post a few healthy recipes.
I've tried 2 out of the 3. ENJOY

Upside Down Apple Cake
2 cans light apple pie filling
1 white cake mix
1 can of diet 7up
Spread the apple pie filling over the bottom of a 9x13 pan.In a bowl mix the cake mix and can of diet 7up together. Pour over the apples. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into 12 pieces and serve with fat free cool whip
Strawberry Whip Mix
1 box of sugar free fat free strawberry jello with 1 cup hot water. Mix until dissolved. Add 1 cup of ice cubes. Let sit for 5 minutes. Remove any remaining ice cubes. Mix in 1 box of instant sugar free fat free vanilla pudding. Fold in your strawberries (or whatever flavor you've used with the jello) Then fold in 1 tub of fat free cool whip
Strawberry Pie
Mix 1 box of sugar free fat free COOK N SERVE vanilla pudding with 2 cups of water. Boil. Remove from heat and add 1 box of sugar free fat free strawberry jello. Meanwhile slice 1 quart of strawberries. Place in pie plate.
Cover with mixture from stove.
Chills in fridge quickly
Serving size is 1/4 of pie for 1 point
Serve with fat free cool whip
