I'm going to pass this along to the following for their

I've had the last 2 days off work due to really cold temps.
Seems we're getting the ole one two punch.
Just using the time to catch up on some ME time.
I lost 3 pounds this week which was wonderful. Got me
back to where I was before the gain. Boy was that draining
mentally on me.
So I'm off to exercise now.
