No, no big struggles with my eating or exercise. Struggles of the heart within our family.
While I'm not ready to discuss it, I wanted to explain why I'd not been here in almost a week.
I have deep internal struggles going on right now and don't know how to even word them so please excuse my absence. For those that even read this, I'll figure out what we're to do....somehow....and I'll be back.
If you're so inclined though, please keep our family in your prayers and good thoughts.

EDITED to ADD: Lost 2 pounds this week. That makes 132
People making comments because I said one piece of pizza for 6 points, I can't justify
FOR MYSELF, makes me want to totally not talk at my meetings anymore. Overhearing
someone commenting about me saying that has be very bothered. I do what works for ME
and I don't tell anyone else what to eat or do. Grrrrrrr

Sweetie, don't you worry about what people say behind your back. If they had the nerve to speak to you directly, then maybe. But...unless I walk a mile in your shoes, I can't know what it's like to be you. And since I can't know what it's like to be you, then I can't say what I'd do in any given situation...pizza included.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers. And just remember, we all go through struggles. You will get through this, and emerge on the other side; only a stronger better person. Take care of yourself. We miss you, and love you. But we can also wait for you.

Hi Denise! You would think people at ww would have sense to not make comments. We all have our issues with food (hence going to ww) Please don't stop speaking up at meetings. That is what helps other people. I still hear at least one good tip at every meeting even though I have been going for 4 years. We hope to come back to Kelly's meeting, my daughter got a new job and I think she can get there in time. Congrats and keep up the great job on your weight lose. Also hope things get better on the personal issue.

Thanks Jess and Debi! I know I'm too sensitive for my own good sometimes!
Thanks for the encouragement and friendship!
