Last night hubby and I went for a walk and ended up going 2 miles. Just going around our neighborhood up and down each street is 1 mile. We then walked to the local school and walked a mile on the track. Tonight we walked just the mile around the neighborhood since we went out late. Can I just tell you....I feel SO much better after walking. With everything going on with my niece I've felt stressed to the hilt. Last night I felt myself release all that tension.
All the more reason I should be doing this a lot more than I do huh?
