My heart is SOARING tonight! I made a personal goal at weigh in tonight. I think I about jumped over the table as I watched Winnie writing it in my book. I lost 1.8 this week so am at 148.8. A short way from losing 150 pounds and just 19 pounds from my goal. WOW!
So if you see me jumping from the rooftops, just let me go and soar. LOL I haven't seen a weight like this in YEARS!
